Project Overview

We built an AI-native EV Charging Automation Platform that runs charging networks with agents instead of operators reacting to station failures and pricing spreadsheets. A dynamic-pricing agent adjusts session rates based on grid load, station utilization, and time-of-day demand — within operator-set guardrails. A predictive-maintenance workflow ingests telemetry from charging stations and flags failing connectors, communication issues, and power-delivery anomalies before drivers encounter them. A demand-forecasting model predicts session volume by station and corridor, triggering capacity planning and load-balancing decisions upstream. An anomaly-detection agent monitors for fraud, billing inconsistencies, and unusual session patterns across the network. Mobile apps for drivers — station finder, reservation, payment — plug directly into the same agent layer for real-time availability and ETA. Built on OCPP 1.6 and 2.0.1 for multi-vendor compatibility, the platform integrates with hardware from any manufacturer. Every agent decision is auditable, override-able, and tied to network rules — so automation strengthens reliability without removing operator control.
