We built an AI-native Logistics Automation Platform that runs supply chain operations with agents instead of dispatchers chasing spreadsheets and carrier emails. A routing agent continuously optimizes delivery plans against traffic, weather, fuel, and SLA commitments — adjusting in-flight as conditions change. A real-time tracking workflow integrates with GPS devices, warehouse management systems, and carrier APIs to surface shipment status without manual polling. Demand-forecasting models predict order volume by lane and lead time, triggering capacity adjustments before bottlenecks form. A disruption-response agent monitors for delays, missed pickups, and capacity issues, then automatically reroutes shipments or escalates to ops — with a full audit trail. Approval workflows automate exception handling for high-value freight and SLA breaches, while anomaly detection surfaces unusual patterns before they become customer issues. Every agent decision is auditable, override-able, and tied to business rules — so automation augments the dispatch team without removing accountability.
