We built an AI-native Agriculture Supply Chain Automation platform that runs farm-to-table operations with agents instead of phone calls between farmers and distributors. A crop monitoring agent ingests IoT sensor data and computer-vision imagery to track health, yield, and harvest readiness — flagging issues before they become losses. A demand-forecasting workflow predicts retailer orders by season and SKU, then triggers harvest planning and inventory reservations upstream. A traceability layer auto-generates blockchain-anchored records for every batch — origin, handling conditions, certifications — so buyers can verify provenance without paperwork chasing. A quality verification agent scores produce against grade standards using vision models, gating shipments and triggering rework before they hit retail. Cold-chain monitoring workflows track storage conditions and auto-route alerts when sensors drift outside spec. Approval chains automate purchase orders and exception handling for high-value contracts. Every agent decision is auditable, override-able, and tied to food-safety rules — so automation strengthens trust across the supply chain instead of obscuring it.
